Carbon monoxide test for appliance and room appliance located.
The central heating boiler, water heater, gas fire or wall heater. Or a combination of these dependent on requirement, cover option and payment, under 70kw.
The radiators (except designer and specials) and valves (8 or less radiator system).
The cylinder and thermostat.
The feed and expansion tank (heating only)
The programmer and room thermostat.
The pump and zone valves.
The pipework (except lead and steel, and undersized pipework).
The radiants or coal/log sets if gas fires covered, and parts available.
Scale and corrosion damage if we installed the boiler and inhibitor refreshed every 5 years as per our recommendations (inhibitor is charged extra at £85).
What IS NOT covered?
Domestic Cold water storage tank.
Domestic hot and cold water pipes (unless by arrangement and cost added).
Lead or steel pipework.
Undersized pipework.
The electrical wiring (except at controls)
Time and temperature adjustments (except for the blind/partially sighted).
Accidental damage (unless caused by us).
Attempted repairs not carried out by us, or other interference with appliance/s beyond our control.
Flue, chimney, Fire frames, fronts or glass (decorative).
Special or decorative radiators.
Boiler replacement if parts not available (unless installed by us less than 7 years ago).

What the service provides:
BOILERS
Full safety service, flue gas test, gas burner and inlet test, carbon monoxide test, water quality test (ph and total dissolved solids), temperature tests, lubrication of moving parts, and check for regulation adherence (by installer) and current standards identification, ventilation requirements. Full report issued every service.
GAS FIRES
Full safety service, flue test, gas burner and inlet test (when possible), carbon monoxide test (room and appliance), check for regulation adherence and current standards identification, ventilation requirements, any decorative parts, (brass, chrome, glass etc) will be cleaned, coals are resprayed black, and the fire generally brought up to as near new condition as possible.
Call to service charges for breakdowns/repairs not covered by our red carpet gas care, or our guarantees (lifetime or standard 5 year), is charged at £29.90. for visit within 2 hours, and £30 per half hour or part of, plus parts, further visits for the same repair are not subject to the £29.90. charge, but are not guaranteed 2 hours.
